1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Antioch Worship Center app and website ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use by members and visitors of Antioch Worship Center. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when filling out forms or creating a profile.
• Use the Service respectfully and in accordance with biblical principles and church values.
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to harm others.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its systems.
• Not post content that is offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate for a church community.

3. User Accounts

Some features of the Service require a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Group Hub & Community Features

The Group Hub, forums, posts, and polls are community spaces for church members. By participating, you agree to:

• Treat all members with respect and dignity.
• Post content relevant to church life and community building.
• Refrain from sharing personal information of others without their consent.
• Accept that church administrators may remove content deemed inappropriate.

5. Donations

Donations made through the Service are voluntary gifts to Antioch Worship Center. By donating, you acknowledge that:

• Gifts are generally non-refundable unless due to a processing error.
• The church will use donations according to its stated mission and financial policies.
• Donation records are maintained for tax and compliance purposes.

6. Push Notifications

If you opt into push notifications, you consent to receiving messages about church events, announcements, and reminders. You may withdraw consent at any time through your browser or device settings.

7. Youth Check-In System

The Youth Check-In system is provided for child safety during church services. Parents and guardians agree to provide accurate information and to follow all check-in and check-out procedures. Antioch Worship Center staff will only release children to authorized individuals.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including sermon recordings, images, and written materials, is the property of Antioch Worship Center unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use church content for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, freedom from errors, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

Antioch Worship Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss or service interruptions.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
